You could also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning your delivery truck to keep it in good condition, which would require some knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair

The Merchandiser Driver plays a crucial role in the Sales Team by distributing and selling products on assigned routes, creating and nurturing strong customer relations, and ensuring product availability at accounts. Accomplishing this is attained by correctly filling beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors in line with Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards, all the while delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential duties and responsibilities are the crucial tasks and obligations that must be performed by an individual to maintain the operational integrity of an organization

  • Maximize revenue generation for the allocated accounts by implementing product sales, setting up distribution channels, creating displays and initiating marketing campaigns.
  • The sale and distribution of goods to pre-assigned accounts is carried out on a daily basis.
  • CCBCHC guidelines should be strictly followed to merchandise and stock all accounts.
  • Guarantee that all Point of Sale advertising is relocated, substituted, and sustained appropriately for the accounts.
  • Perform daily checks and balances to ensure proper recording of product, cash, and asset activity.
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate payment collection through streamlined invoicing methods.
  • Develop lasting relationships with account staff and deliver outstanding customer service to every account by means of regular contact, swift resolution of issues, and effective follow-up.
  • Guarantee a crisp and clean appearance of CCBCHC equipment and items in their designated accounts.
  • Effectively manage trade breakage for allocated accounts while maintaining a clean and organized back room.
  • Follow the CCBCHC protocols for conducting vehicle and load inspections to guarantee safety compliance.
  • Be vigilant in enforcing CCBCHC's quality assurance expectations at each account.
  • Safe working conditions are imperative for protecting employees from harm.
  • Create and maintain stable and professional relationships with team members and customers.
  • Stay informed about your competitors' products, promotions, and performance in the market.
  • Adherence, compliance, and enforcement must be given to all guidelines, rules, protocols, and systems.
  • To maintain a positive working relationship with clients and colleagues, it is imperative to adhere to commitments made.

  • Proficiency in steering a two or four-wheeled cart.
  • Ability to effectively operate and control various power trucks used in manufacturing.
  • Within 90 days of beginning work, the candidate must have the ability to acquire a Class A CDL.
  • The cornerstone requirement for this vacancy is that the candidate must be proficient in operating a tractor-trailer requiring a Class A CDL, must follow all CDL guidelines, and have a driving record that conforms to the guidelines set forth by the CCBCHC.
