Driving strategic business plans, the full-time Customer Strategy Manager will lead the commercialization process for Vital Proteins, influencing go-to-market strategies and coordinating efforts across sales and marketing teams, with the flexibility of a remote or hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: Leads business planning by developing analytics and insights to support marketing strategy and conducting collaborative planning cycles Communicates and coordinates key strategies and initiatives between field and internal teams to ensure alignment across major functions Develops and manages promotional programs to support customer sales while monitoring performance and tracking results Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred At least 4 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, with a preference for experience in Ready to Drink Active Nutrition Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience in P&L management and strong financial acumen Ability to build relationships and engage with senior-level stakeholders
