Position: Fast-Track Retail Manager in Training — Lead & Learn
Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Manager in Training to fast-track their career in retail management. In this full-time position, you will learn from experienced managers while supporting the Store Manager and preparing to lead your own store.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses excellent customer service skills, and displays strong leadership ability. A compensation range of $19 to $26 per hour is offered, along with an additional 2% commission on individual sales.
