Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our event sales operations by coordinating and supporting all aspects of the event sales process.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the event sales process from lead generation to event execution.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and event contracts to clients in a timely manner.
Maintain and update the event sales database and CRM system to track leads and client interactions.
Assist the sales team with client communication, including answering inquiries and providing event information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales coordination, event planning, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
