Crescent Plumbing Supply has been serving the St. Louis construction market for generations. We've built a strong reputation in commercial plumbing distribution, and now we're making a major investment in expanding our mechanical and HVAC business.

We're looking for someone to lead that growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute our strategy for growing the mechanical and HVAC business.
  • Build relationships with the region's largest mechanical contractors, design-build firms, and mechanical subcontractors.
  • Expand our product offering by working directly with manufacturers and vendor partners.
  • Recruit and mentor additional sales and support personnel as the business grows.
  • Work closely with ownership to shape long-term strategy and investment.
  • Help establish Crescent as a premier supplier for commercial mechanical and HVAC contractors throughout the Midwest.

Who We're Looking For

We're less concerned with your current title than your reputation.

You may currently be:

  • A senior outside salesperson
  • A branch manager
  • A sales manager
  • A regional manager
  • A mechanical/HVAC distribution leader

What matters is that you:

  • Have deep relationships with major mechanical contractors in the St. Louis market.
  • Understand commercial HVAC and mechanical distribution.
  • Have a proven history of growing sales.
  • Think like an entrepreneur rather than simply an employee.
  • Enjoy building teams and developing people.
  • Are competitive, aggressive, and driven to win.
