Mobile Crisis Internship-Fall 2026/Spring 2027

Access Services  is seeking to hire a high-energy and self-motivated  Mobile Crisis Intern  to join our  Montgomery County Mobile Crisis team , with an office based out of  Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Montgomery County Mobile Crisis offers 24/7 support to people of all ages in difficult times. Individuals in crisis can speak with a counselor regarding mental health, addiction, trauma, etc., either by phone/video or in-person in their homes or communities.

As a Mobile Crisis Intern, you will have the opportunity to sit and be present with people on some of the hardest days of their lives. You will be expected to work alongside teammates, supporting individual in crisis while also maintaining a supportive and growth focused team dynamic. Our team seeks to continually learn and grow together.

Crisis response work is an excellent, diversified experience. You will meet people from all walks of life and have a chance to make a real impact in critical moments. You will experience the value of partnership with various providers, emergency services, schools, and teammates to support individuals and communities in times of crisis. You will gain experience in crisis expertise, documentation, and risk assessment.

Internship Hours:

A minimum of 20 hours/weekly is preferred; available internship hours range from 7am -10pm, 7 days a week.
