Skills
- Certification through ASCP, AMT, or NCA as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technologist, or MLT
- Ability to work in various laboratory departments including chemistry, hematology, blood bank/transfusion services, and microbiology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established protocols
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the laboratory

Qualifications
- AS Degree or BS Degree (preferred) in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
- Certification through ASCP, AMT, or NCA as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technologist, or MLT (specialty licenses may also be considered)
