Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst In this role, you'll be a key player in financial planning, forecasting, and analyzing different financial scenarios. You'll work closely with both finance and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor. Your main responsibilities will include: Leading financial projects: You'll head up initiatives that involve complex financial analysis, supporting various departments across the company. Complex analysis and modeling: You'll be responsible for detailed forecasting and financial modeling. Developing financial strategies: You'll contribute new ideas for how we approach financial planning and analysis. Evaluating profitability: You'll regularly review how profitable our products and distribution channels are. Sharing your expertise: You'll become the go-to person for financial, accounting, and regulatory matters, especially for complex client situations. Creating presentations: You'll prepare reports and presentations for senior leaders to keep them informed about our financial performance. Managing costing models: You'll take ownership of our company-wide channel and product costing models, ensuring they're accurate and continuously improved. You'll also help with client and product pricing. Responding to data requests: You'll handle requests for internal business data and trends, finding the right information and analyzing it to support our business strategy. Improving financial processes: You'll look for ways to make our financial services better for internal teams and implement any necessary changes. Supporting team growth: You'll help with the financial development and growth of your team. Special projects: You'll also work on various special projects as needed.
