Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard with a valid D License to uphold safety, security, and loss prevention across our premises. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for monitoring the environment, managing access points, and responding swiftly to any incidents. Responsibilities

• Control access to the facility by verifying identification and performing background checks on visitors, contractors, and staff
• Respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activities, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
• Execute conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations effectively and professionally
• Administer first aid, CPR, AED operation, and Taser deployment when necessary to ensure immediate response to emergencies
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports to ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance and review

Skills

• Proven experience in surveillance operations, CCTV monitoring, or law enforcement roles
• Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm and assertive demeanor under pressure
• Physical fitness capable of heavy lifting and manual handling tasks required for maintaining site safety
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security technology systems such as CCTV cameras
