About the Role

We're looking for an outgoing, hardworking, self-motivated sales professional to represent our line in the outdoor and sporting goods industry. This is a territory-based field sales role covering Eastern Washington, the Idaho Panhandle, and Western Montana, calling on independent and chain retailers that carry hunting, camping, and fishing gear.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with key accounts, typically visiting each store about once a week
• Set your own travel schedule and route within your territory
• Take and scan orders for retail partners
• Merchandise and maintain product displays in-store
• Pitch and introduce new products to existing and prospective accounts
• Call on a wide variety of store types that carry sporting goods, hunting, fishing, and camping products

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships face-to-face
• Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and territory without daily oversight
• Strong working knowledge of hunting, fishing, and camping gear and the outdoor lifestyle
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
• Prior outside sales experience preferred, especially in sporting goods, outdoor recreation, or a related industry

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, 100% commission-based. No base salary, benefits, or travel compensation are provided. Average earnings range from $70,000–$100,000+ annually, depending on individual sales performance.
