Lead Pharmacy Technician - Sharp Memorial Hospital

Full Time - 8 hour - Variable Shift

Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):

$34.170 - $44.090 - $49.370

What You Will Do In This Role:

• Provide direct supervision and day‑to‑day oversight of pharmacy technician staff.
• Support pharmacy leadership with daily operational workflow and staffing needs.
• Coach and mentor technicians to promote performance, engagement, and accountability.
• Assist with operational, training, and quality assurance activities for technician programs.

Required Qualifications

• Education pursuant to licensure.
• 3 Years Pharmacy Technician experience in hospital pharmacy environment or equivalent healthcare setting.
• California Pharmacy Technician License (TCH) - CA State Board of Pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 Year In a leadership role.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - Pharmacy Technician Certification Board
