How You Will Make an Impact:

The Dune Express Roller crew will be responsible for changing rollers which fail on the conveyor system in a timely and efficient manner

Duties and Responsibilities:

Gathers technical information to perform the job.

Performs equipment walk around and inspects and adjusts equipment; properly disposes of wastes.

Understanding of MSHA and OSHA standards and able to follow in accordance with while performing daily functions of the job.

Able to safely isolate equipment to perform repairs and maintenance, work at heights and in adverse weather conditions.

Checks the status of equipment availability with site supervisors, and follows procedures to pick up parts and supplies from the warehouse.

Be willing to learn the procedures of changing rollers with the roller changing tool which is provided and make quick responsive repairs without guidance.

Performs work order repairs on the conveyor system as directed by the Conveyor Supervisor

Coordinates and plans down time efficiently to maximize uptime of production.

Work with conveyor mechanics and create a working relationship with other employees on the Dune Express

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required..

Experience: None required

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required use of an I-pad

Certifications Licenses:

A valid state driver's license with no active violations within the previous year.
