Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

Drivers License and proof of Insurance required for all positions

PT: BLS; State Licensure required

Charting experience with Homecare Homebase is required (no exceptions), IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS

Experience with geriatric/Adult, chronic disease management, maintenance notes.Samsung note 9 phones

EMR: Homecare Homebase - required
