What You’ll Do

As an AM Cook, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional dining experience that Blue Bayou is known for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items with precision and consistency.
• Ensuring all dishes are plated to perfection and meet our high-quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Following recipes and kitchen procedures to deliver the authentic flavors our guests love.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with food prep to keep the kitchen running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
