Conduct thorough evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients using both standardized tests and observational techniques.

Craft individualized treatment plans that focus on immediate and long-term speech, language, or swallowing goals.

Deliver targeted speech therapy sessions that emphasize fluency, voice modulation, language comprehension, and swallowing safety.

Engage in teamwork with other health professionals - including physical and occupational therapists - to ensure comprehensive, cohesive patient care.

Provide valuable education to patients and their families to encourage ongoing progress beyond therapy sessions.

Participate in inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions when necessary, ensuring a seamless transition through the continuum of care.

Stay informed on the latest developments in the field by participating in ongoing education and collaborating with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist .

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Expertise in current treatment approaches for individuals across all age groups, with a comprehensive understanding of both developmental and acquired communication disorders.

Adept at customizing therapy techniques to cater to the diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds of your clients.

Proficiency with electronic medical records and adherence to documentation protocols.
