Product Stocking Specialist

Roles and Duties:

• Comply with all safety regulations and measures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Engage in safety training programs to enhance your performance capabilities in a swiftly moving warehouse environment.
• Organize, transfer, and distribute products to both stores and individuals.
• Ensure the meticulous management of products for retail fulfillment and customer drop-offs.
• Efficiently handle shipping and organize stock movement within the warehouse setting.
• Make sure your workspace is clutter-free, organized, and clean at all times.
• Be punctual in showing up for work and make sure to accomplish tasks correctly and on time.
• Work on addressing issues to foster continuous operational improvements.
• Show a supportive and appreciative approach when operating on your own or collaborating with others.

• Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs.
• Physical aptitude for standing, moving, pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, and stretching during assigned periods.
• Sustain a positive and professional approach whether in a team or independent work setting.
• Elementary arithmetic capabilities, involving counting, adding, and subtracting.
• Competency in accurately comprehending and interpreting information found on labels, tickets, and other product-related documents.
• Independently manage computer systems or handheld devices with minimal supervision once adequately trained.
• Proficient in expressing thoughts verbally and in writing.
• Skill in grasping, communicating, and interpreting English to comply with safety standards, regulations, and directives.

Additional Requirements:

• Capable of receiving guidance and maneuvering powered machinery with caution (e.g., Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift).
• Experienced in working safely at heights of up to 40 feet whenever necessary.
• Skilled in working for extended periods in temperature-regulated settings, which may include refrigeration and freezing conditions.
