Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.

Take customer orders and provide helpful suggestions based on their preferences.

Ensure that customers have an enjoyable and satisfying experience.

Address any customer questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Food Preparation:

Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to Subway's standards.

Handle ingredients (meats, vegetables, sauces, etc.) and follow food safety protocols for storage and handling.

Toast sandwiches, prepare hot meals, and ensure proper portion sizes.

Maintain quality and presentation of food items.

Cash Handling:

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer transactions (cash, credit, or mobile payments).

Accurately handle cash and provide correct change.

Assist with the balancing of the cash register and perform end-of-shift cash counting.

Store Cleanliness and Maintenance:

Keep the store clean and organized, including the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.

Perform regular cleaning tasks, such as wiping down counters, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash bins.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for both customers and staff.

Teamwork:
