Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of the technology.
Collaborate with various teams and departments to identify and implement improvements to the electronic trading systems.
Monitor and analyze system performance, proactively identifying areas for optimization and making recommendations for enhancements.
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and effective communication regarding system updates and issues.
Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, changes, and resolutions for future reference.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in electronic trading technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and techniques.
Conduct regular testing and maintenance of electronic trading systems to ensure their reliability and efficiency.
Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to implement and test software releases and upgrades.
Act as a subject matter expert on electronic trading systems, providing training and support to other team members and clients as needed.
