Internal Fund Administrator

To ensure the accuracy and integrity of fund reporting, the full-time Internal Fund Administrator will oversee fund administration, coordinate with auditors, and manage valuation processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison with third-party fund administrators, reviewing NAV packages and transaction activity Coordinate the annual audit process and act as the main contact for external auditors Prepare quarterly shadow valuations and fund monitoring reports for the Investment Committee, highlighting performance metrics and risks Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in private equity, investment operations, or fund administration Strong understanding of capital call mechanics, private equity structures, and fund performance metrics Experience with shadow accounting and reconciliation processes Advanced Excel skills Familiarity with systems such as Orion, Black Diamond, or similar platforms is preferred
