As the primary social worker assigned to one elementary school site, your expertise will provide essential support to students, families, and staff, helping create a positive school climate and fostering student well-being.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid licensure in Social Work in the state of Minnesota
• Previous experience as a school social worker (SSW), preferably with elementary school populations
• Strong understanding of developmental, behavioral, and educational interventions for children
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with students, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with confidential case documentation and compliance with school district policies
• Flexibility and positivity in adapting to a dynamic school environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social-emotional and behavioral support to elementary-aged students
