Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The LPN will work under the direction of physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care, perform clinical procedures, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and promote positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include obtaining patient vital signs, assisting with examinations and treatments, documenting patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), educating patients and families, and maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment. This position offers multiple full-time shift opportunities , including day, evening, extended, and overnight schedules.
