Key Responsibilities

Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in Norwegian, ensuring full compliance with established community guidelines, platform policies, and legal standards.

Identify, investigate, and escalate potentially harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content, including misinformation, hate speech, graphic material, and fraudulent activity across social media channels.

Analyse patterns of suspicious behaviour and coordinated inauthentic activity on social media platforms, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to the Trust and Safety leadership team.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including legal, policy, and product departments to continuously improve content moderation frameworks and digital safety protocols within the social media environment.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive case documentation, tracking decisions and outcomes in internal content management systems to ensure consistency and accountability.

Stay up to date with the latest developments in social media trends, emerging digital threats, cybersecurity risks, and evolving online safety regulations relevant to the Norwegian-speaking market.

Provide culturally informed, context-sensitive analysis of Norwegian-language content, applying a deep understanding of Norwegian cultural nuances, regional expressions, and online community behaviour.

Participate in ongoing training sessions, quality calibration exercises, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to ensure the highest standards of trust and safety performance are consistently maintained.
