Hybrid Support Counselor

As a Support Counselor, you will work with youth and families during difficult times by providing guidance, practice distress tolerance skills, and support in navigating conversation or events exacerbating their mental health symptoms. You will respond effectively to crisis situations while implementing the clients safety and treatment plan. You will deliver these services in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, curating interventions to the clients' unique needs and completing documentation capturing the impact of your services and interventions.
