Core Responsibilities:

• Technical Development: Learn to cut, duplicate, and program various car keys and remotes, gaining proficiency in key technology.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service by addressing customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Sales Support: Build skills in customer engagement, processing sales, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Record-Keeping: Keep accurate customer data and manage records effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Support team goals through consistent performance in technical tasks and sales efforts.

Qualifications Needed:

• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with physically active work, including working around vehicles, testing keys, and retrieving VINs.
