Administrative Support Role

Responsible for performing administrative support duties within the assigned area. Responsibilities are specific to the organizational unit (i.e. region, district, department, plant, etc.)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the assigned department, plant, or business unit
  • Compose, prepare, review, and process documents requiring independent judgment and knowledge of company procedures
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other department systems/software
  • Communicate department procedures, policies, and information to employees, managers, and customers
  • Maintain confidential company information and records
  • Support internal teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives as needed
  • Anticipate customer and management needs while identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes
  • Review existing procedures and recommend process improvements and efficiencies
  • Investigate and resolve administrative issues by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
