Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, empathetic player support to Polish-speaking Riot Games players via chat, email, and ticketing platforms, resolving in-game issues efficiently and professionally.

Assist players with account-related inquiries, including login difficulties, account recovery, ban appeals, and security concerns specific to Riot Games titles.

Investigate and resolve technical issues related to gameplay, client performance, lag, connectivity, and other platform-specific problems experienced within the Gaming & Esports environment.

Respond to billing and payment inquiries, including issues with in-game purchases, RP (Riot Points) transactions, and subscription services, ensuring full player satisfaction.

Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Riot Games' evolving game catalog, patch updates, esports events, and community guidelines to provide accurate and relevant support.

Accurately document all player interactions and case resolutions within the internal CRM system, adhering to quality standards and escalation procedures.

Identify recurring player pain points and trends, escalating critical feedback to the appropriate internal teams to drive continuous improvement in the player experience.

Uphold Riot Games' values and community standards by promoting a positive, inclusive, and respectful gaming environment for all Polish-speaking players.
