Our client is a specialized construction firm focused on the design and installation of complex water features for commercial and public spaces across the United States.

From large-scale fountains to iconic public installations, their work is both technical and artistic in nature.

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager who takes pride in craftsmanship and values seeing their work come to life in projects that are experienced and enjoyed by the public.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project schedules are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor job progress and report on timelines and financials to internal leadership and clients
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Source and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to project requirements
• Order and manage delivery of materials to maintain project timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Oversee site safety, ensuring OSHA compliance and proactive risk management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager or in a similar role
• Experience in commercial construction, water feature experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations
• Experience managing subcontractors, including selection and oversight
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, exposure to scheduling tools preferred
• Ability to travel when required
