We're an independent chef-driven restaurant, cocktail bar, and distillery located inside the MAKE Building in Anaheim. We focus on scratch cooking, creative menus, quality ingredients, and delivering an experience guests remember.
We're looking for an experienced part-time cook who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a small, passionate team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking in a professional kitchen without the chaos and burnout that often comes with large restaurant groups.
What You'll Do
- Execute dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Assist with prep and station setup
- Work clean, organized, and efficiently during service
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate well with the kitchen team
- Help us continue delivering an exceptional guest experience
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has at least 2 years of line cook experience (scratch kitchen preferred)
- Can work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Is dependable and shows up ready to work
- Thrives in a team environment
- Takes pride in their craft
- Can remain calm under pressure
Schedule
- Part-time
- Approximately 2–3 shifts per week
- Evening availability required
