In this critical role within the fast-paced social media industry, you will serve as a frontline guardian of online safety, working to protect platform users by reviewing and moderating content in accordance with established community standards and safety policies. Key Responsibilities

Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in Norwegian, ensuring full compliance with community guidelines, trust and safety policies, and legal standards.

Identify and action harmful, abusive, misleading, or policy-violating content including hate speech, graphic material, misinformation, and spam within the social media environment.

Investigate and escalate complex or sensitive trust and safety cases to senior specialists or dedicated legal and compliance teams when required.

Accurately document content decisions and maintain detailed records of moderation actions using internal case management and ticketing systems.

Provide high-quality user support in Norwegian, responding to appeals, reports, and account-related trust queries submitted by social media platform users.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including policy, legal, and engineering stakeholders to continuously improve content safety frameworks and moderation workflows.

Stay up to date with evolving social media trends, emerging online threats, platform policy changes, and best practices in digital trust and safety.

Contribute to internal quality assurance processes by reviewing and calibrating moderation decisions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and fairness across the team.
