What You’ll do as a Recruiter:

Recruitment & Talent Development

Meet hiring and onboarding targets through proactive outreach efforts

Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and community involvement

Represent driving opportunities at local events and recruiting initiatives

Act as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring journey

Facilitate onboarding sessions and orientation for Independent Contractors (ICs)

Guide candidates from application through onboarding and vehicle readiness

Maintain accurate records of recruiting, onboarding, and retention activities

Track hiring performance, onboarding progress, and retention metrics

What We’re Looking for as a Recruiter:

Background in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred

Passion for helping individuals succeed and grow long term
