Job Description
- Manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals.
- Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all projects align with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Healthcare Construction Project Manager should have:
- Experience as a Project Manager or APM/Junior PM stepping up
- Background in healthcare interiors strongly preferred
- Experience with medical office buildouts or renovations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced interior projects
- Local to Charlotte, NC required
- Prior experience with healthcare clients (e.g., hospital systems) is a plus
