Clean Air Lawn Care is hiring a full-time Field Technician for our Johns Creek area team. This is a great fit for someone who knows lawn care, shows up with a strong work ethic, and takes pride in doing the job right without needing to be micromanaged.
Important note: The owner lives in Florida, so this role is the main on-site person keeping daily operations running smoothly. You won't be on an island — you'll check in with the owner remotely — but you'll be the one on the ground making sure the work gets done right and customers are taken care of.
We do lawn care differently. We use quiet, battery-powered electric equipment and eco-friendly, pet-safe treatments, including weed control and mosquito control. Our standards are high, our expectations are clear, and our culture is supportive and professional.
Pay: $18/hour to start (additional bonus tied to performance)

Shift and schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Driver's license
2+ years of lawn care, landscaping, or related experience
Calm, organized, and accountable approach to the work
Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right
Clear communication and comfort working outdoors in varying conditions
Pesticide license a plus

Responsibilities
Work safely and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Service client properties with mowing and seasonal work as needed (mulch, bed maintenance, compost top dressing, weed control, mosquito treatments, and other lawn care tasks)
Gather property details, photos, and notes on-site to support estimates prepared by the owner
Ensure consistent quality and excellent customer service at every stop
Communicate daily with the owner remotely to review completed work, priorities, and next-day planning
Maintain battery-powered equipment and company vehicles, including battery charging, blade sharpening, minor repairs, and end-of-day organization
Keep jobs running on time and set each day up for success
