Our client:
Looking for a Media Buyer who wants to learn the performance marketing craft properly. This is a hands-in-the-account role from day one for someone obsessed with what makes an ad account scale profitably, not just spend. You will work hand-in-hand with senior buyers to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns primarily on Meta, with growing responsibility on AppLovin / Axon.
You NEED experience, and sharp instincts, comfort with BIG numbers, and the drive to get great at this fast.
You'll be building campaigns, reading data, spotting what's working, and learning to make confident scale/kill decisions across a portfolio of fast-growing DTC e-commerce brands.
This is a high-performance environment built for hungry, ambitious people who take real ownership of their accounts and treat client budgets like their own.
You'll be responsible for
Building, launching, and managing Meta campaigns (CBO/ABO structures, audiences, placements, creative testing).
Supporting and growing into independent buying on AppLovin / Axon.
Monitoring daily performance and flagging scaling opportunities, underperformers, and anomalies.
Running structured creative and audience tests, and documenting the results.
Pulling, organizing, and interpreting performance data to inform decisions, and producing clear weekly client reports.
Analyzing creative performance using soft metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC), benchmarking against account averages, and clearly communicating those reads to strategists and clients.
Helping maintain clean account hygiene, naming conventions, and tracking.
