Our Client is seeking a Client Service Representative.
Schedule: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM.
Job Description:
- Receive inbound calls
- Communicate via chat and email
- Provide support to customers, handle inquiries, provide resolutions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Promote and enhance excellent customer relations
- Utilize systems including Salesforce, Five9, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- 1 year of Call Center / Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual: English / Spanish a plus but not required
