Our Client is seeking a Client Service Representative.

Schedule: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM.

Job Description:

  • Receive inbound calls
  • Communicate via chat and email
  • Provide support to customers, handle inquiries, provide resolutions
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Promote and enhance excellent customer relations
  • Utilize systems including Salesforce, Five9, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • 1 year of Call Center / Customer Service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual: English / Spanish a plus but not required
