Overview

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caregiving team in St. Louis, MO. As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to residents, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans and established procedures.
  • Support residents with lifting, turning, positioning, transferring, and transportation.
  • Coordinate dining services, including meal setup, delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation.
  • Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake as required.
  • Assist with resident weighing procedures and report significant changes.
  • Monitor and report skin condition concerns, including pressure areas and skin tears.
  • Assist with toileting programs and personal hygiene care.
  • Complete required documentation and flow sheets accurately and timely.
  • Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff and supervisors.
  • Provide supportive services to nurses and healthcare staff as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and caring environment for residents.

Must Have

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing, or completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program with competency exam completed within 120 days of employment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
  • Ability to perform physical caregiving duties, including lifting, repositioning, and transferring residents.

Nice to Have

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification.
  • Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting.
