• Participate in tree care activities including planting, pruning, and health assessments under supervision
• Help oversee daily groundskeeping operations while learning to supervise team members effectively
• Contribute to construction projects related to landscape improvements or facility upgrades
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to procedures during all groundskeeping activities
• Support the team in gardening and horticulture tasks to enhance aesthetic appeal and plant health

Qualifications

• Passion for landscaping, gardening, horticulture or related outdoor work environments
• Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and irrigation systems preferred
• Previous supervising or leadership experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn leadership skills is essential
• Strong interest in tree care, construction projects, and grounds maintenance techniques
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards teamwork and safety
