Position: Travel Occupational Therapist - Long Term Care - $2,406 per week
Job Summary
American Traveler is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Oregon, Missouri.

Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develop individualized plans of care
- Administer rehabilitative treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice to guide clinical interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and discharge summaries in the electronic documentation system
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
- Supervise and support occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students as needed
- Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation team meetings
- Adhere to NBCOT and state-required practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics
- Limit requests for return to office (RTO) to no more than 7 days
Qualifications
- Active OT license required
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience required
- LTC or SNF setting experience required
- New graduates considered if completed a Level II fieldwork experience (not solely Level I observation)
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
