Parallel Employment Group in assisting a customer located in Jamestown, NY. The office assistant will be to working in a warehouse environment. As the Office Assistant, you'll be the friendly face, helping hand, and organized support that keeps our office running smoothly. This position is 1st shift and pay rates starts from $18/hr.-$20/hr. Based on Experience.
This position requires the following:
Greet customers, visitors, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and respect.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Assist customers with paperwork, appointments, and program questions.
- Help employees with administrative requests and office support needs.
- Assist the Office Manager with any administrative, operational, or organizational needs required for the smooth functioning of the office.
- Prepare, organize, scan, file, and maintain company documents and records.
- Support scheduling and appointment coordination.
- Assist with paperwork and documentation.
- Help coordinate team meetings, trainings, and company events.
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming office spaces.
- Assist multiple departments as needed to support company goals.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Office Manager
