We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work as Security Officers, providing critical support to our communities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in safety and security while enjoying competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Compensation: $23.00-$27.00/HR

Available Schedule: All Shifts Available

What You'll Do:

• Engage in conflict resolution and de-escalation strategies.
• Perform access control at security entrances and exits.
• Conduct thorough patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions and terrains.
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests to ensure a safe environment.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activities.
• Prepare detailed written reports of incidents and activities.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve daily site and organizational goals.
• Fulfill specific tasks and duties related to your assigned location.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• High School Diploma or GED required or the ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Basic computer and technology skills are necessary.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus!
• Ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Attention to detail and alertness throughout the shift are essential.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with quick and effective judgment.
• Willingness to participate in a pre-employment screening process, including drug screening and background investigation.
