PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Analyst

Supporting a large public sector program, the remote contract PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Functional Analyst will manage end-to-end payroll operations, system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support for the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll module Troubleshoot payroll issues including calculations, retro pay, and tax discrepancies Support the full payroll lifecycle and maintain payroll configurations Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM Payroll (9.2) Strong experience in payroll configuration and processing Hands-on experience with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, and BI Publisher Experience with batch job monitoring and management Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and payroll compliance
