Class A CDL Delivery Driver

ADMIRAL BEVERAGE (DISTRIBUTOR OF MILLER, COORS, RED BULL AND OTHER GREAT BEVERAGES) IS SEEKING A DELIVERY DRIVER IN THE ALBUQUERQUE, NM AREA PART TIME ON MONDAYS AND SATURDAYS.

Primary Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Rate: $27.00 per hour. Schedule: Part-Time Mondays and Saturdays.

Job Summary

Delivers product to convenience stores on an established local route. Provides excellent customer service to store owners and customers. Resolves complaints or discrepancies, records delivery, and maintains displays.

Responsibilities

• Records delivery, buy back, and variance information on daily delivery record.
• Responsible for rotation of displays, coolers, and back stock.
• Operates hand trucks and/or electric pallet jacks to unload truck.
• Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and sales floor to attract customers.
• Arranges products according to prearranged plan or approved ideas.
• Constructs or assembles display aids from company-provided POS materials.
• Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
• Cleans shelves, coolers and display structures regularly.
• Transfers product from customer stock room to designated floor or cooler displays to comply with "Sell By" dates and maximize product in store.
• Collects or picks up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise.
• Conducts and verifies truck loading and unloading and secures loads.
• Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid Class A CDL license.
• Driving record must meet Admiral Beverage vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds as needed.
• Capable of meeting the physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, carrying, driving for extended periods.
• Willing to submit to pre‑employment background check and regular drug screens.
