Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking travellers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing enquiries related to bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements.
Assist customers with flight, hotel, and holiday package modifications, cancellations, and rebookings in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding travel policies, visa requirements, baggage allowances, and destination-specific guidelines.
Handle and resolve customer complaints related to travel disruptions, delays, or service issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Collaborate closely with travel partners, airlines, and accommodation providers to ensure customer issues are escalated and resolved appropriately.
Accurately log all customer interactions, case notes, and resolutions within the company's CRM and ticketing systems.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant travel products and services where appropriate.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the travel industry's evolving landscape, including seasonal trends, travel advisories, and promotions.
