We're partnering with a highly respected luxury custom home builder that's experiencing tremendous growth, with an impressive pipeline of high-end residential projects throughout Northern and Southern California.
This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We're looking for a true go-getter —someone with a "get it done" mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and helps keep projects moving forward. You'll work directly on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and play a critical role in the success of multiple custom home projects.
If you're highly organized, proactive, and know your way around Procore, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Support multiple luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion.
Work closely with the COO, Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Own project documentation and maintain accurate records in Procore .
Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
Track schedules, budgets, procurement, and project milestones.
Coordinate subcontractor communication and ensure deadlines are met.
Identify issues before they become problems and proactively drive solutions.
Keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently.
