Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Armed Security Officer to protect our clients' assets, ensure the safety of personnel, and maintain a secure environment. This role requires a strong sense of vigilance, a high level of responsibility, and adherence to all security protocols and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in law enforcement, military police, or corrections and must be capable of handling a firearm responsibly.

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, identifying potential security breaches or hazards

Deter, detect, and respond to security threats or incidents promptly and professionally

Maintain clear and concise incident reports and documentation for all security-related incidents

Coordinate with local law enforcement when required

Firearms: Must have own firearm and a valid license to carry; Training: Screenings: Must pass random drug testing and a psychological evaluation (MMPI exam)

Understanding of and commitment to all local, state, and federal security and firearm regulations

Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must have obtained Top Security Clearance in the past 5 years

Must have obtained a Security Clearance in the past 5 years

Prior training or certification in security management, conflict resolution, or emergency response

This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift)

Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes

Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
