HVAC Technician — Full-Time

Job Summary

The company is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on field experience, a strong troubleshooting mindset, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, ductless mini-splits, thermostats, etc.)
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance visits
• Install new HVAC equipment and components per manufacturer specs and code
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and time on service tickets
• Communicate clearly with customers about diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations
• Maintain a stocked, organized, and clean service vehicle
• Follow all OSHA and EPA safety and refrigeration protocols, as well as any company mandated requirements
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

What They're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
