The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.
We are seeking an IT Technical Support I professional to provide hands-on technical support for a fast-paced airport development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Help Desk support for end users and respond to IT service requests
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
Deploy and relocate computer equipment throughout airport facilities
Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions
Support department events and special IT projects
Train and assist users with IT systems and equipment
