Job Responsibilities

  • Travel to various customer locations while being prepared for extreme temperatures and potential exposure to dust, gas, fumes, or chemicals.
  • Occasionally navigate slippery or uneven surfaces and use visual/auditory protective equipment as required.
  • Climb stairs and work off elevated surfaces when necessary.
  • Perform service calls efficiently, managing 4-6 calls per day.

Key Requirements

  • Must operate in the New York area, traveling within a 5-mile radius via public transport or within a 25-mile radius by van.
  • Available to travel to New Jersey for training for 2-3 weeks, if required.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage difficult situations.
  • Flexible availability to work Monday-Friday within the hours of 7 AM-5 PM.
  • Proficient in appliance repair and good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capability to work as a part of a team.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and pass mandatory background checks.
