Job Summary:

Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Analyst, Social Media Insights to join our growing team!

Real Chemistry Analytics enables smarter decision-making through the power of data, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and actionable insights. Our teams help clients understand audience behavior, measure performance, uncover growth opportunities, and optimize business outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem. By combining healthcare expertise with data science, measurement, and strategic consulting, we help clients transform complex information into meaningful actions that drive impact for brands, healthcare professionals, and patients.

Our team designs custom methodologies to deliver consultative research for clients. This process involves both quantitative and qualitative data analyses, using a variety of different social and digital analytics platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and developing competitive analyses, across web, search, media and social channels. Depending on level, day-to-day activities may include project management, qualitative and quantitative social media data analysis, and creating client-ready comprehensive reports on social media conversations as they relate to healthcare stakeholders, disease, or treatment spaces. Curiosity and a willingness to think outside the box are a must , as we are often tasked with answering age-old communications and marketing questions in a new way.

This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN.

What y ou’ll d o :

Manage, organize, and code a variety of data effectively and efficiently (data may include qualitative interview transcripts, social media, earned media, investor and analyst coverage reports, and press releases).

Build keyword-based queries to collect data.

Analyze large-scale conversations across social listening platforms to identify trends, unmet needs, and shifts in perception across the treatment journey for patients and providers

Track competitor messaging, share of voice, and campaign strategies to identify whitespace and differentiation opportunities.

Work with a larger project team to synthesize research into comprehensive analytics reports that will guide our pharmaceutical clients’ communications strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with integrated teams.

Help us to ensure we are systematizing our processes and leveraging proprietary tools and software to be as efficient as possible.

What you should have:

Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university.

1-3 years of experience, with a majority in at least one of the following areas: healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing/PR/advertising, strategic planning, digital/social strategy. digital/social analytics, social listening, primary/syndicated research.
