A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related healthcare degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) expected to be achieved within one year of joining.

Excellent communication and interpersonal proficiency for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
