What You’ll Do

No two days are exactly alike because no two clients are alike.

As an Associate Agent, you’ll work with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their needs and help them protect what’s most important.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Identifying insurance and financial protection needs
  • Preparing quotes and presenting personalized solutions
  • Developing and managing your own book of business
  • Generating opportunities through referrals, networking, and community involvement
  • Providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale
  • Continuing to grow through coaching, training, and professional development

Qualifications

Required

  • Property & Casualty license or willingness and ability to obtain one
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional, ethical, and dependable
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

Preferred

  • Insurance experience
  • Sales experience
  • Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or other customer service experience
  • Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain)
